Project description:
The subject of the project was the supply and installation of an additional prestressing system with a weight of prestressing reinforcement of 103.037 tonnes.
The purpose of the bridge is to address the crossing of the road I/21 with the valley of the river Mže east of Kočov. The load-bearing structure was designed as a continuous beam with eight spans. The bridge consists of a two-beam load-bearing structure with end crossbeams. The length of the load-bearing structure is 306.9 m, the width of the upper plate is 13.9 m, the length of the spans is 32.0 + 6x40 + 32.0 m. The load-bearing structure is longitudinally prestressed with 18 rope cables. Ls 15.7/1860 cables were used. The cables were stored in steel protectors type LW 95 mm. After prestressing the structure, the cable ducts were grouted with cement mortar.
